That is the normal case. A discovery sprint exists precisely to turn half an idea into an architecture and a number.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. You do not need one to describe the problem in general terms, and we would rather start the conversation than start the paperwork.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Regularly. We assess it, tell you honestly what state it is in, and give you a verdict you can act on even if you act on it somewhere else.
