Overview

A consumer fitness application — the training-and-tracking end of the portfolio, and a reminder that the same team that builds integration buses also ships products people open at the gym.

The problem

Consumer fitness is a crowded category where the engineering bar is deceptively high: it has to be fast, work offline-ish, and feel good in the hand, or it is deleted in a week.

What we built

Product-led build focused on the daily-use path, with the technical work spent where users actually feel it rather than on the feature list.
